Life Coaching

Life Coaching focuses on present-day goals, direction, and integration. While therapy often addresses healing and symptom relief, coaching emphasizes intentional growth, accountability, and values-aligned action. These methods help clients engage more than just intellect—supporting deeper emotional and nervous-system change.

This is likely a good fit if you:

  • Seeking clarity around goals or life direction
  • Navigating transitions (career, relationships, identity)
  • Wanting structured support without clinical treatment
  • Integrative & Creative Approaches

Psychedelic Integration Support

I also offer psychedelic integration work as part of my life coaching services. Psychedelic integration focuses on helping clients make sense of and apply insights from past psychedelic or non-ordinary-state experiences—whether those experiences were expansive, confusing, difficult, or transformative.

Integration work does not involve providing, administering, or guiding psychedelic substances. Instead, it centers on reflection, meaning-making, and embodied change after an experience has already occurred.

This is likely a good fit if you:

  • Adults who have had prior psychedelic experiences and want support integrating them
  • Individuals seeking meaning rather than re-creation of the experience
  • Clients wanting to contextualize insights within lived reality, culture, and systems
  • People who value harm reduction, reflection, and grounded change

Psychedelic integration may include:

  • Processing insights, emotions, or imagery from psychedelic experiences
  • Grounding and stabilizing difficult or overwhelming material
  • Exploring changes in identity, values, or worldview
  • Integrating experiences into daily life, relationships, and work
  • Supporting long-term growth without bypassing real-world constraints

Integration is approached through mindfulness, narrative work, parts-informed exploration, and values-based action—always paced to your nervous system and consent.
